OUTSTANDING - the owner works with ethics and HE is the one that serviced my Heatilator fireplace.
Had his office assistant not called me back twice, they may have missed this opportunity to service my fireplace but kudos to them for following through and not forgetting about me. Love that attention to detail they have.

Excellent fireplace service today by Kamin! Professional, on time, a very thorough cleaning and inspection process, answered our questions and provided extra info on items we hadn't thought about...our fireplace is now operating much better thanks to his work...highly recommended, will use again whenever fireplace servicing is needed
